Sarah was easy to communicate with and kind enough to let us use a bike which came in super handy . We even got to see her sing at The Elephant Room - worth checking out!”

“This loft apartment is beautifully situated in a part of Austin that made getting around to the downtown area and to all that E. 6th St. has to offer easy and accessible . The apartment was beautifully furnished and very spacious. The one downside was a little bit of noise at night, but with earplugs it was fine. So many things are within walking distance: food, groceries, entertainment, hike and bike trail… we rented electric bikes that were located right in front of the apartment building and……

“Great, modern studio. Love the big windows. Everything worked flawlessly, from the code to get into the building, to the code to get into the unit, to the TV, lighting, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, sinks, and shower. It’s stocked with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay: chef’s knives, silverware, glasses, cups, mugs, plates, bowls, pots, pans, and cooking utensils,. There’s a Keurig for those who enjoy coffee. The overhead shower head is therapeutic. All the lights are on……

“I don't think this is the owners fault as they have hired a management company. 1. First, they gave us the wrong door code and there is no way to communicate with them after 5PM. Their main phone number on their paperwork is not answered and the listing phone number says not available. 2. There is no hot water. Imagine being there for 3 days in the Texas heat and only being able to take a cold shower. 3. The tiles in the guest bedroom are half torn up. 4. The bathtub is peeling. 5. The ceiling……

“Nice property but, the elevators being out and the building layout are not great. It’s hard to find the stairs and only one elevator works…. That’s a problem The apartment was comfortable and large. Location was pretty good, QUIET and that’s a whole two stars. ”
