「Great sunset sea view as promised. Rooms are only efficiencies, with no catering in the hotel. Bathroom with shower tiny. Parking is a lottery, but reception staff worked hard to overcome that. As such, it is overpriced. Room quiet. Location excellent, great sunset vibe on the beach. The best part of St Petes Beach.」

「This is the worst property I have stayed at in my 60 years of traveling. Dirty, no amenities. sight states there is wi-fi which there wasn't - staff even said so. I do my business on the internet so I was shut out. I had paid for 3 nights - left after one. Property manager refussed to credit me for the 2 nights I stayed there. Also, it was not an Econo Lodge, it was a Budget Inn. Very dissatisfied!!!」

Late at night, an unknown individual knocked on our door offering towels we never requested, which felt unsettling and raised safety concerns. 「So cute! The motel looks a bit shady when you pull in to check in BUT It's SO cute and way better on the inside of the cute little pink houses! On the beach and short walk to Buona restaurant and Starbucks.」

「Do Not Stay! The room had blood on the walls and dirty towels and outlets that did not work. The front desk staff Bri attempted to hustle us, stating to pay her to get into places which all turned out false. We were told we could purchase water from the hotel, that was a lie or unavailable upon request. Parking was always completely full and no other parking options were available. Found a lot which was 35 dollars per day. We requested a ground floor room for one of our handicapped guests and...

「The sitting area around pool is small but comfy. I was disappointed there was no laundry area. The hotel is in a very good location; close to beaches, restaurants, church and shopping. The breakfast is wonderful. You want for nothing!」

「Pool was very nice. Had some hardware issues that prevented a pool food order to be missed. Printer was down and so no tickets were hand written. One employee was very rude… forgot who the customer was and made excuses instead of apologies. She was a black spot on the one night stay. Front desk was awesome. 」
