Living Areas: Open living and dining space with natural light, leading to a screened porch and upstairs deck

Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all essential cookware and dinnerware

The cottage sits on a wooded lot offering privacy and fresh coastal air.

Guests will have access to the entire home, including the screened porch and upper deck. Parking is available behind the house near the art studio (access from First Street Extension). Guests may use Ocean View Place for temporary drop-off only.
