During the winter months you need to have all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive because the driveway is very steep. The home is sitting on top of a hillside and offers a stunning view of Burke mountain, the lake Willoughby Gap, and the Sheffield/ Lowell windmills. The view is always breath taking. The house is conveniently located right between a variety of trails and stores. The closest mountain bike trail to the house is the Kirby Connector and its 1.1 miles away. Burke Mountain is 3.9 miles from the house. Its 2.9 miles to the East Burke store and to the Kingdom Mountain bike trail. The closest store and town is only a 6 minute drive away. We are also electric car friendly we have a charging point right on the side of the house... Tesla☺️ We also offer the fastest internet. Starlink 302 mbps down load and up load.
