“Miscommunication regarding price and check in process. I was given a number to call to add a guest and the phone number didn’t work. The check in staff wasn’t helpful and I was given different quotes and no one could give me a straight answer. It took 2 days to fix a broken A/C in 2 of the rooms. Keep in mind it’s Cabo and it’s 90 degrees. I kept on getting the runaround with times it would be fixed. Our resort app wasn’t working or linking to our reservation. Without the app we couldn’t order a……

“If I could give Hacienda De La Cruz more than five stars, I absolutely would! From the moment we booked, the experience was first class. Before we even arrived, the property managers sent a personalized welcome letter that immediately made us feel like valued guests and built excitement for our stay.Nestled in a quiet, access-controlled community, the home offers complete privacy and peace of mind. We felt completely safe throughout our stay, both at the property and while exploring Cabo San……

“We have stayed at Villa La Estancia 5 times over the last 15 years and this condo was the best location by far! It was SO convenient to the pool. Another bonus, the patio is somewhat shaded in the morning for drinking coffee and completely shaded in the afternoon! AC worked well. Matt, the host was very responsive when we had a minor issue with the TV.”

“We had a really nice stay booking through Cabo Rentals By Jane. The rental process was straightforward, communication was clear, and Villa La Estancia is a beautiful property with great staff and a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to enjoy our time in Cabo.During our visit, the resort happened to be completing a chiller upgrade that temporarily affected the air conditioning in our unit. While that was obviously not ideal, Jane and her team were responsive once we connected and worked with……

“Everything was great. Pictures & description are accurate. A couple of minor cleanliness issues. The front detached bedroom has rock walls that will leave crumbly sand if you touch them. Main floor shower also had a street-facing window with no curtain. We just hung a towel over it. All those issues were so minor that we didn't even notify the property owner. Can't beat the location, although the last hill is a little daunting if you're walking back from town. ”

“This keeps the praise strong while making the concern about the view clear and credible:This house is absolutely beautiful and perfect for a larger group. It's well decorated, thoughtfully laid out, and has every amenity you could ask for. The golf cart was the icing on the cake, allowing us to easily get around Pedregal, visit friends, go to the beach, and explore the area. The best part of the experience, however, was the staff. Erica prepared an amazing breakfast for us every morning, and Juan……
