“The property was ok. But I had a family emergency, and told the front desk I may have to leave a day early. The hotel staff said no problem, and that the third party was flexible. The third party, YOU, Experian, was not flexible. You lied to me, saying you talked at length with people at the front desk, who told your bot there is no way I could cancel a night. The front desk did not hear from you. Ever. No talking at length. I had to leave a day early for my family, as I predicted, and……

“My family and I stayed for a long weekend. There were nine of us in total and we slept comfortably. The house is spacious, beautifully renovated, and clean. Lovely yard as well. The management team was very responsive to our needs/questions and we appreciated their good communication. The neighborhood is safe and lovely. We highly recommend this house! ”

“I enjoyed the bath but couldn't get the Jacuzzi to function. The heater sounds like the house is preparing for liftoff it is super loud. You can only use one kitchen appliance at a time and there is no control for the climate so it was too warm. Also it all or nothing for lighting. Lamps would go a long way. The supply of shampoo and conditioner was plenty as well as water and coffee ”
