We ate in 2 of the nights and the sounds of nature were a chorus of joy.Yi met us upon arrival and was a wonderful host showing us around with easy access if required. 「We would have preferred to be closer to town but the drive wasn't too far. Place was spotless, kitchen well equipped. Setting very pretty on the water but our weather did not allow us to enjoy it fully. Lots of birds to watch, deer, even a fox walked by.」

「Lots of amenities. Owners very helpful in recommending local restaurants. Enjoyed finding mussels and sea glass on the little beach as well as the antics of the "rock" beavers. The heated pool was a plus. Absolutely wonderful views of the bay.」

「We liked very much our stay at Wilson's Coastal Club! The cottage was better than the description, everything was well organised and explained. Bring looneys if you need to use the dryer! And there is also a little private beach and a trail on the other side of the street (part of the program Rails to Trails). We regretted having booked only one night!!」

「Such a spacious home for our ladies getaway. Loved the little extras, like a variety of Starbucks pods. Lots of seating inside and out. Just a short visually beautiful walk to cafe's, pubs and shops. We will certainly be back!」

「The cottage was comfortable and well set up. We will definitely consider going back: it's a great distance for a weekend getaway from Halifax, and the amenities are nice (that sauna!). The only issue we found (because we went to curl up and read books together!) was that the lighting in the main space was not great: a couple of floor lamps would have been great. 」
