“The reservation was made through Expedia, with notes to have 2 cribs available upon arrival. I called the hotel to confirm prior to flying in. That night, upon checkin, they did not have any cribs as promised. But luckily, they were able to find a couple pack and plays. I had to request additional bedding several times, but kept getting sheets rather than blankets/pillows. There were numerous miscommunications. Other than that, the trundle bed in the "suite" was stained with urine marks. ……

“This hotel is marketed as up class and swanky. We were put in a room that was pretty much a humid basement (with a dehumidifier to boot!) right next to the pool and an exit door. Other than hearing the neighboring rooms conversation thanks to the paper thin walls we were accosted by the constant opening and closing of the exit door at all hours. Especially in the early morning by the house keeper and the relentless foot traffic of a wedding. The vibe is cute but it’s an average at best hotel……
