“Horrible stay at a resort”

“Sehr unfreundliches Personal, Internet war ausgefallen u. allen männlichen Angestellten war das egal und machten nichts. Nur die Dame von der Rezeption war bemüht und besorgte uns nach langer zeit einen neuen Router. Wir hatten Zimmer mit 2 Schlafzimmer/Bäder aber Schlafzimmer sind ohne Fernseher, winzig u. unerträglichen Schimmelgeruch!!!! Keine Zimmerreinigung obwohl bei Expedia so angegeben! Toilettenpapier muss man sich selber kaufen! wir waren richtig froh diesen Resort wieder zu verlassen……

“Para el precio le falta limpieza no hay agua caliente la regadera estaba rota las cerraduras no eras muy buenas los spring de la ventana al balcón estaban rotos muy viejas las tasas de baño y el sink no volvería la verdad”

“The beach was beautiful with soft white sand and calm clear water. The restaurants were excellent and the local dishes were some of the best I have ever tasted. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“The property I booked was amazing. I was the only guest but there were 3 bedrooms and a bathe room for each. The kitchen was a nice size, however I didn’t use it. I had a nice view of the pool from my balcony and the beach was great but there was a lot of seaweed. I’d book again for my next visit”

“The swimming pool was spotless and there were always enough sun loungers available. The local food in the hotel restaurants was fresh and full of authentic flavors. The gym was a bit small.”

“Wow, where do I begin property look abandoned not sure if it was new but no one was there. No service power was off when we first arrived when power finally came on. There was no Wi-Fi. There were bugs all over the place. Hot water would only work for two minutes. Wow, I could go on and on.”

“Very bad customer service experience, I was charged half the amount when booking and still was told to pay in cash the total amount plus extras The property refused to send a receipt despite multiple requests. I don’t recommend this property.”

“I've traveled to a few places in the world, I come to Dominican Republic every month I stay in a lot of hotels or motels this is the worst of all of them... The check in process is horrible. No reception to check in, if you don't get there before 10pm you loose your reservation which is what happened to me. They have no parking just one electric door in a dark scary alley. I had to get a different hotel for the night. You'll lose the money if you come here.”
