The York by Swiss-Belhotel International
Room was clean and modern. Staff were very warm and welcoming. While checking in I saw a very difficult guest making unreasonable demands who was being dealt with by a receptionist with incredible kindness, patience, professionalism, and grace. An excellent example of what good service requires.
