"Hot water in the shower of the villa was not working. Never knew of hot water issues in an 5 star resort. Horrible service for villa guests. A cup of coffee took an hour to be delivered. Incredible property but horrendous service"

"Although many of the staff were very friendly and courteous there were major red flags that made my stay uncomfortable. Such as an employee approaching me while I was alone at the pool claiming I owed $10000rupes for a gold investment. I did tell management. The cleanliness outside of my room was horrible unfortunately the video I took disappeared after I sent it to the LeMiami. My review was rejected. "If you want to enjoy a resort with private beach and loads of peace, this is the place to be. It is beautiful and scenic, an old resort but enjoyed every day. The food at the restaurant and hospitality is superb"

"We had a lovely 5 days at the Conch. It is a 10 minute tuktuk ride into Whitetown in Pondicherry, so very accessible but a little quieter which we preferred. The rooms are clean and spacious with an amazing private pool (can be a bit chilly when you jump in!). We had several meals whilst staying and the food was overall incredible - it’s homemade and full of flavour with plenty of variety. We’d recommend the Conch to anyone looking to visit Pondicherry."

"Worst ever stay! Room had lot of mosquitoes, there was no tv and water in bathroom taps had inadequate pressure! room 109 was so dirty and broken furnitures. And the manager in the reception should never be employed in any company! His behaviour alone made our stay very terrible! I strongly don’t recommend this place."
