"The room was very nice. We did not get cleaning service, there was no Continental or any type of breakfast just coffee. However, the room was nice and check in was awesome. However, never mentioned deposit of $60 held in addition to paying for the whole room upfront, that was annoying."

"The room was clean but the toilet seat was broken and made lots of noise. Also the sky view restaurant was aweful! The food was incredibly salty and my chicken was undercooked and made me sick from taking the first bite. I returned it, the waitress was very understanding but at that point the food had made me nauseous and sick."

"Very disappointing experience. The room was extremely dirty and had a terrible smell as soon as we walked in. The walls looked very old and damaged, and the restroom was in awful condition and clearly not maintained properly. The overall cleanliness and quality of the hotel were far below expectations. I would not recommend staying here."

"Dirty! The walls, doors and bathtub were dirty. We had issues with the balcony slider, not locking, we had to call in maintenance within 15 minutes from checking in. Also, the front door kept not locking in intermittently. Not happy at all. Would not stay there again. Not only was the area sketchy, but some of the people staying at the hotel were sketchy. Maybe they lived there, not just temporary residents?"
