“This was a lovely rental. The space was very sophiscated with antique furnishings and beautifully painted walls. It was super clean. The space is a lot bigger then you’ll see in the listing. It sits on an estuary with lovely birds, bunnies, chipmunks, and the occasional black kitty. Lloyd the owner lives above the unit and is so gracious, respectful, and sweet. The bathroom has a tiled walk in shower and a spacious soaking tub. It’s a very quiet space with only the sounds of nature. I have to……

“Cozy studio in a perfect location in Sandwich, Ma. Great communication w/ host, and a wonderful spot from which to do day trips or simply relax, with shops and restaurants nicely within walking distance. Looking forward to returning!”

“The suite (or The Nest as I called it) was so perfect. Owners thought of everything. The place was exceptionally cleaned and well stocked. Location was convenient to everything for us and communication was superb. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thank you for letting us stay.”

“The apartment is extremely well appointed; has everything you need to be away from home and comfortable. The only glitch was VRBO; this property was advertised on Expedia and linked to VRBO. VRBO did not send us the information packet prior to check-in so we didn't have the door code. Fortunately it is a condo and a board member stepped up to get us in touch with owner. Owner was very responsive! It was VRBO that dropped the ball.”

“Very cute and inviting, but there is a few things I would change. Both showers were not very good pressure wise & temperature wise. The fees for the stay was more than the room for it not to even include pool passes. For the price there should be some inclusion. The beds & pillows were uncomfortable. It was a nice place overall but if you plan on raising prices for the summer I advise you make it worth it.”

“Great place for a short weekend stay! Host was wonderful and accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs and very responsive. Was greeted by sweet treats and a bottle of wine right in the door. Good distance from things to do! Weren’t able to enjoy the beach due to weather unfortunately but it was easy to get to walking or driving. Would recommend!”

“The cottage was as advertised. It was small but very well stocked with a great utilization of space. Everything was clean and comfy. The bath towels were so thick and luxurious. There were games, an iron/iron board, and well stocked kitchen and anything we needed for a comfortable stay. Management was very responsive and even came in to change the sheets when we found stains on them. We enjoyed our time in Cape Cod.”

“Great location. Short drive to many attractions and restaurants. Small kitchen but adequate for our needs. It was fine for 3 people but a bit small for larger parties.”

“Nice location, easy to get to beach as well as Main St. We forgot to leave the parking pass for 16A. Sorry!! Other than the smoke alarm going off in the middle of the night we enjoyed our stay plus the whale watch we did was awesome!!!!”

“I really surprised no sheets on the bed. We went out to Marshalls and bought bed linens and towels. The property at first glance nice and pretty clean. There was some random shirt hanging off the bed and the Fridge looked like it was not cleaned from the last guest.”
