“The hotel gave us a very cozy and spacious room with modern interior on the top attaic. The receptionist was very hospitable who even offered to carry the heavy luggage for us. “It's hard to say exactly what stood out as everything was amazing including the staff, the accommodations themselves and the services offered. We were helped with early breakfasts, spa services and understanding how to call an early taxi to get us to the airport. “I received an email from the host with accurate check-in information 1 day prior to check in. The breakfast was very minimal with toast being the only hot food offered. The windows in the room opened, allowing a nice breeze. The bed was soft and moderately comfortable. The view of the Sterling streets was nice and the property is within a 15 minute walk of the sterling castle. Be advised of spiral staircases making it difficult to get luggage larger than carry-on size up to the room. ”
