「Pros: Chris was a wonderful host she checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable. She was very prompt to respond and accommodate our request for additional beach towels. Also offered to arrange activities for us. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The Sun & Sea Bar & Grill was nice and the Staff were very friendly and fun. Lion Fish Grill was also very nice on the higher end. Food and drinks were good at both places. Maintenance allowed us to use their shop vac to get the sand out of...

「This place was amazing!! Everything I expected and more!! We booked with Renee, the host, and from beginning to end was immediately responsive. She provided things to do, to see, and places to dine. Kitchen and bathroom was fully stocked. We did need a few more towels and face towels. We received them promptly after contacting her. There were folding chairs and lots of floats and toys. There was a washer/dryer combo in the bathroom and washing detergent was supplied as well. There was a king...

「The property was nice, but didnt think it was "Ritz" quality. Our walk to the pool was via a path with exposed dumpsters and the beach was inaccessible due to the seaweed. Not the Ritz's fault and they offered a shuttle to other beaches, but still degraded the experience. Would have been nice to have a shuttle into restaurants as was a significant expense for 5 of us to go 5 minutes into Red Hook. 」

「We absolutely LOVED everything about our stay at the Ritz Residences in St. Thomas. Literally every staff member was lovely, the residence’s 3 bedrooms were an ideal setup for our family, the pools, beaches, restaurants, and other amenities were all wonderful. The first vacation in a while where nobody wanted to leave! There was an issue with a power outage one day, where the generator also failed, but that seemed to be an island problem, not a property one. We heartily recommend this place and...

「We turned to Vacation Candy at the last minute when we realized our passport had expired and we couldn't travel abroad. What a find! The Ritz in St. Thomas is amazing. Excellent staff and service you expect from the Ritz. Beautiful, comfortable facilities. Lots to do whether you stay on the property or go exploring. Be sure to visit St. Johns. Wonderful trip. Can't wait to go back.」
