“Very clean room , staff was very helpful and polite, food was delicious”

“I love staying at the Ritz in st Thomas. More than anything we enjoy the employees. They are always helpful and make the trip worth it. I traveled there 2 years ago and I noticed several cut backs and things that they could improve on. For instance the serve the same food every single day for breakfast potatoes, bacon/sausage and eggs. They need to add pancakes and French toast because the food gets boring. The have different options for the lunch/ dinner snacks but again not very family kid……

“We absolutely LOVED everything about our stay at the Ritz Residences in St. Thomas. Literally every staff member was lovely, the residence’s 3 bedrooms were an ideal setup for our family, the pools, beaches, restaurants, and other amenities were all wonderful. The first vacation in a while where nobody wanted to leave! There was an issue with a power outage one day, where the generator also failed, but that seemed to be an island problem, not a property one. We heartily recommend this place and……

“Hi I'm will major and I wanted to say I enjoyed my trip to St. Thomas and my stay at the sapphire but one thing I didn't appreciate was treatment from certain staff. The night before my departure I wanted to enjoy my lasts few hours night swimming with my lady and I did up until about 9 pm, I was getting ready to exit the pool area in the back and a security guard approached me, remind you my lady just left the pool area to go back to the room and he told her have a goodnight.
