「Everything about the Ritz was nice. The staff are the best part of resort. Friendly and eager to help out. If I had to complain about one thing, it would be the bathrooms around the resort...With the exception of the bathroom at Alora, none of them are airconditioned. Without air-conditioning, it get hits real hot, and the smell isnt pleasant either. 」

「Really enjoyed my stay close to ferry and all staff was so polite and gave great recommendations to dining and places to visit . Even though hurricane Erin made an appearance the staff was very assuring. I felt safe . All the staff at front desk was great wish I could remember all there names but I do remember Khadijah, I would definitely stay there again !!!! 」

「We anxiously awaited our stay at Point Pleasant, and it was everything we had hoped. The views were amazing, our villa was cozy. The staff was attentive and helpful. We ate several meals at Sun & Sea Bar and Grill and it was always delicious. There are several great beaches only a short drive away. We hope to return again! 」

We stayed in a 3 bedroom/ 3 1/2 bath residence that was very clean and most importantly it was a much welcomed air conditioned place. The pools were so nice and clean and right outside our place. 「We had a great stay on this property. Check-in and check out were smooth. The unit was clean and spacious and had everything we needed - beach towels, washer/dryer, plates, pots, etc. We cooked some of our meals so, it was helpful to have what we’d need for that. The unit has a great view from both balconies (!) and the proximity to the beach was a major plus. Brandon was also really helpful and answered all of our questions very promptly. Not very easy to walk elsewhere if you want to explore...
