Relax in the large backyard with a good book while gently swaying on the hammock or grilling and eating on one of the outside patios. Enjoy a relaxing outdoor shower after a fun beach day. The house is comfortable with all updated furnishings, hardwood floors, stainless appliances and granite countertops. The cottage is fully air conditioned for those steamy summer days. Basic spices and paper goods (TP, papertowel, plastic bags etc.) provided.

No need to bring your beach chairs or even beach toys! The house is fully equipped- even board games and paperbacks for a rainy afternoon. Bring your bathing suit and beach towel and enjoy the close local beaches.

The house is located in quiet Seacoast Shores neighborhood which borders the Childs River and Waquoit Bay. There is a public boat landing with open ocean access or you can put your kayak in at one of the association entry points. Conveniently located approximately 5 miles from downtown Falmouth beaches and 4 miles from Mashpee Commons. Close to shopping, movies, beaches and the wonderful bike paths.
