Both Front Desk or Call Center agents were so helpful, patient and provided excellent customer service, I'm so sorry I don't recall their names now. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful and I would definitely recommend to others."

"My fiancé and I stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it! It was very cute, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The outdoor area with a grill was a bonus that we definitely took advantage of. The location was perfect, close to Port Lucaya, restaurants, stores and beaches. Another plus was the resident cat, Tuna, who always escorted us to our door! We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Freeport and would definitely stay again!"

"The home and property were just amazing, and even better than the pictures! Our hosts were very proactive and detailed in all communications from start to finish, providing guidance on transportation, food, activities, amenities of the home, and all of it was extremely helpful for non-native folks who did not know the area. The ocean and beachfront access and view were simply amazing. both from the inside of the home and from the back-covered porch area. The location is quiet and peaceful, with only the sound of the waves breaking on the shore with a lovely breeze to accompany it. The home was extremely clean, modern, and absolutely beautiful in every respect. There was not a single thing missing that could have made the stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Our caretaker was very attentive and periodically checked in with us to ensure everything was in order. The local islanders were very welcoming and happy that we were visiting, and extended their hospitalities in abundance. A short walk down the beach will bring you to Pelicans by the Sea restaurant and bar, and has amazing food and drink selections. The staff there were very friendly and we had great conversations getting to know one another. We also enjoyed the Conch Festival, with lots of local dishes and flavors of the Bahamas. We would definitely like to return again, with additional family members if possible! Just a fantastic location and property that far exceeded our expectations!"

"Property was very safe and well manicured. Everything we needed was right there on the property with the pool, wooden beach “umbrella structures” on the beach so we could put our beach chairs that were provided in the unit, restaurant, spa, boutique shop, and not to mention VERY friendly staff. We would not hesitate to stay here again upon our return as it was centrally located to everything."
