This luxury unit overlooks downtown East Grand Forks and is within walking distance of the river walk, downtown restaurants, coffee shop, movie theatre, local parks, and town square. Perfect for business travelers or vacationers. Comes with turn key package which includes all day to day living essentials, dishes and chef's quality cookware, and extra linens. There is same floor community laundry. Includes high speed internet and televisions equipped with streaming services. Another great visit
We had such a great time on our first visit that we couldnt wait to bring the extended family down on our next visit to town to watch our son’s Fighting Sioux take on Miami. This past visit didn’t disappoint as the property was extremely clean and as always the perfect location centrally located downtown (on the East Grand Forks) side. Highly recommended

Heck of a weekend

Great 3 bedroom apartment fully furnished. The unit has everything you need. The location is great too. Many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The view is great for people watching on a busy corner with big windows.

Great place to stay near downtown. Walkable to many bars and restaurants and other activities near downtown. Super clean and comfortable, the living area was nice to relax in.
