THE SPACE
Come spend part of your summer in a serene cottage with lots of character, perfectly situated just outside of East Hampton Village, close to both ocean beaches and the harbor. This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath house has vaulted ceilings and skylights in the living room and kitchen. The master bedroom includes an ensuite bath and also sliding glass doors that open to the deck. The deck has a large entertaining table and seating and a 3 burner grill. There is a separate door entrance to the deck from the hallway as well. The backyard has beautiful flowers blooming throughout the season. It is fenced in by a 6 foot fence with a playset for kids and lot of trees for privacy. The outdoor shower has both hot and cold water and an open roof that brings in sunlight and views of the trees and sky, perfect for showering off after a long day at the beach. There is a living room and an additional family room with a queen size pull out couch.

The cottage has been recently updated featuring new floors and modern farmhouse updates to the kitchen and baths. All appliances are modern and stainless steal. In the living room, there is an electric fireplace that can be run year-round with or without heat for a cozy ambience. It is not hot to touch and has automatic shut off to prevent over heating. The cottage also includes central A/C, ceiling fans, an interior alarm, optional external security cameras (can be disabled), a Ring door bell and August smart lock.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have full use of the house. One small room (not included in number of rooms in the house on this listing) will be unaccessible to be used for host's personal storage. All personal items will be cleared from the rest of the house so that guests may have closets, drawers, shelves, etc for their use. Some books, games, kitchen and cooking items, etc., will be left out for guests to use during their stay. Guest will have access to: Free wifi. Two TVs. One TV with Roku. One smart TV. Connect to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and apps for all your favorite station with your log in to your accounts. Alarm system.

HOST INTERACTION
I will not be local but will be just a phone call away. I will also have someone local available to assist if any problems should arise.
