Modern home in pristine condition with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Conveniently located between East Hampton and Sag Harbor villages, and a short walk to a private community beach. Perfect for family vacation. Fully stocked, including all beach gear.

The house has an open floor plan with first floor featuring double height living room, an open kitchen with premium appliances and dining area with sliding doors leading to spacious decks and an outdoor dining area with an automated retractable awning. The first floor also includes two bedrooms, a full bathroom and a laundry room. The second floor features a master bedroom with en-suite master bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, another bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a large double height family room with workspace and a terrace overlooking backyard and pool.

Fully finished walk out basement features family room, play space, full bathroom, wet bar and gym. Play space has lots of games, toys and books.

The house is appointed with new furniture, 4 flat screen TVs, and Nest thermostats on every level. This is a beautifully landscaped property with lush lawns and hedges of evergreen trees.

The private outdoor oasis features multi level cedar decking, over-sized L-shaped 40 ft long pool features an extended shallow section. Adjacent to the pool and surrounded with a privet hedge is an outdoor living room area with fire pit and outdoor fireplace. Adirondack chairs, loungers, umbrellas, and soft seating throughout; two outdoor dining areas. Lots of shade with 5 umbrellas and a retractable awning over the dining area. The property is fully fenced, with two automated gates at both ends of a circular driveway.

This house is very comfortable for a family retreat. Also well stocked with towels, beach towels and anything you might need in a kitchen. Lots of seating outdoors and the pool was great.
