Perched atop a hill and a short glide to the waters edge is an open, clean and comfortable renovated ranch in hampton waters NW. 5 Minutes to the village proper by car and 8 minutes to an abundance of ocean beaches the home boasts three bedrooms with a shared hallway bath, en-suite master bedroom and bath and massive bonus room with incredible light. The home offers indoor outdoor entertaining and living space with BBQ grill, lounge area and outdoor dining. Modern and new decor accent the recent renovations with stainless steel appliances, 1st floor laundry and two car garage loaded with outdoor toys for full Hamptons summer enjoyment.
