"As always a great room and breakfast"

"Bed was small and lumpy, pillows were too hard, breakfast was mediocre, no yogurt or easy to grab and go proteins. We did like the larger room with kitchen items, table, couch, good shower, two cup coffee maker. They had slow Tesla chargers that did not work on the Tesla App, but we did get it to work on other Apps after lots of research. The hotel staff were no help."

"The curtains were ripped, socks and grabage from a previous guest still in the room. 45 mins after checking in the toilet in our room flooded the room. My kids refused to use the pool as they felt it wasnt sanitary. As a result of this we cancelled our booking at the Baymont in Billings"
