Enjoy your own three level home in private beach community! 1,800 square feet of space and all the amenities you’ll need for a relaxing vacation. A five-minute walk to the private beach that is never crowded or a couple minutes on a bike if you have one. The beach is on the bay side so calm enough for little ones. It is a little rocky but offers plenty of sandy areas and sand bars at low tide. First floor features living room with comfortable couches and large screen TV. Dining area, full kitchen and full bathroom also on first floor. Downstairs bedroom is large and offers twin bunk bed and queen bed to comfortably sleep three. Second floor offers a nice sitting area with pull out couch. NEW FOR 2024! We rebuilt the second story deck which now has 200 sq feet of space to relax after a day at the beach and enjoy a cold drink on a hot summer night. The deck offers views of the ocean and will be furnished with comfortable seating. Second floor main bedroom provides new king bed, bureau and two large walk-in closets. Main bathroom is spacious with shower/tub combo. Through a spiral staircase can be found the third level which is carpeted and has a futon, ping pong and air hockey table. Kids (and adults) will absolutely love their “get away” space. Backyard has a decent sized deck, gas grill and eating area. In the back is also a nice outdoor shower with hot water to wash off under the sky after a day at the beach. The basement is clean and unfinished and has a washer and dryer. WE love dogs and will allow your medium sized friend to accompany you. The neighborhood is great for dog walking. Dogs allowed on the beach before 9am and after 5pm.
