“Room was clean and loved all the servers but the policy of the property doesn’t really make any sense. They don’t allow you to bring in towel to the water park but they don’t also provide you with one. They make you pay extra for the seating area as well. The spa front desk was rude.”

“The hotel does not operate under the name Rift Valley hotel but rather Caneth hotel although the company appears to be the same. The phone number does not exist. 5 of us booked 5 rooms individually and paid through hotels.com. When we arrived at 6pm they had no rooms for any of us. Still unclear as to the real reason why this occurred as they had a printed email with my booking details on it. They did help us find an alternative hotel close by and gave us a free meal the following night as ……
