"The check-in experience was superb: very easy process helped by very courteous staff. We were even offered a glass of champagne. The room was very well designed with fun modern art and very quiet. The bathroom modern and spacious. It is the little thoughtful design choices that make all the difference: outlets where they need to be, places to hang coats and hats, an umbrella for use. The space is a joy."

"Such a cute little room!! Very efficient use of space. Full size bunk twin beds with private bath and quiet. Very clean, excellent staff, free morning coffee in the resto/ bar off of lobby, great location within walking distance of so many “must-see”places plus Grand Central for subway. Definitely recommend and would stay there again next time I’m in NYC."
