"Was offered an "upgrade" to a suite with ample room for my family and me, from a double queen city view room for $100 extra a night. Upon arriving at the suite, there was only 1 bed. Apologies and additional bedding arrangements were offered, but never came.
The bathroom was not cleaned to the point that rings from the previous guests' products were still on the counters. None of the outlets would hold a plug, and the automatic blind system would malfunction and then die out, causing awful noises and then needing to be manually opened/closed."

The staff are really great, low stress, willing to help with any issues, Loves our time in NYC will definitely return! "

They didnt wanted to send me a cofee machine.
The cleaness very poor they didnt clean the mirrors.
Sometimes they didnt leave the full set of towels in the barhroom.
When I cslled to the reception the personal was rude.

"My final bill included food and beverage charges that I did not purchase. It’s been over a week without proper response. I have suggested westin to look at surveillance camera to find out the guests who use our room # for purchase as we were not even in the hotel at that time. No response and I need to continue follow up on the reimbursement."
"My daughter and I had a lovely 4 night stay at The Renwick. It’s a great location - about a 5 minute walk from Grand Central and on a quiet street (for Manhattan). The room was huge with 2 very comfortable double beds and a balcony (room 1506). Also, free bottles of water in the room each day.
The staff were very friendly and although we didn’t eat in the hotel, the restaurant and bar was always busy which is a good sign.
If we’re visiting again, we’d definitely stay there again. "
