“On arrival the pod was clean and the heat was switched on for us. The room had a kettle and plates with cutlery, very basic but all we needed. ”

“The Lodge was lovely, Pauline the caretaker was very helpful and friendly, the only thing we would say is that it was like going through a maze to find it which proved a bit difficult initially but after a few tries we mastered it.”

“Unfortunately, this stay didn't go great for us. While this is a peaceful and beautiful rural location, there was unusually hot weather, which wasn't the fault of the host. We received no check in information before arrival. When we arrived at the property, the host happened to be onsite and was not aware that we had booked through VRBO (as they also appear to list in other places).
