“My cousin and I came up for a get away. The cabin was perfect. Miss Huron was fierce and her waves were so soothing. We had a toasty fire all weekend and when we got low on wood, Q was right there restocking us. House was immaculate. We’d stay again for sure! Great location.”

“We came up to explore the Lake Huron side of the state, and this location was perfect. Some days we went south, and some north, and everything was within 30-40 minutes. The home is very clean, and well supplied. We particularly appreciated the coffee supplies, washer and dryer and being allowed to bring our greyhounds. The only negative was road noise, but once I found the white noise maker and plugged it in, and found a setting we liked, we didn't notice the road noise as much. Our first night……

We could hear the waves and feel the refreshing lake breeze from the comfort of a beautiful and modern cabin. We easily traveled to nearby beaches for rock hunting & enjoyed exploring the area. We had a wonderful April getaway and would highly recommend this beach rental.”

“Zeron Island is absolutely beautiful! The home is exactly as pictured. We kept remarking at how clean everything was. Even the outdoor bathroom. Not a cobweb to be found. Our pups loved the trail through the woods, and it was so nice to open the door and let them run. We all had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back!! PS..the photos I have of the Island, sunset and sunrise are gorgeous.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Kate’s bungalow in Tawas City. It fit our family of four (plus dog) perfectly. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and cookware we needed. We enjoyed games, movies and the outdoor fire pit. The convenient location made walks along the bay frequent and easy. The drive into town is short so we enjoyed local restaurants, our favorite was Tawas Bay Pizza Company - great food and friendly servers. We’ll be back, hopefully for a longer stay! -Kirsten”

“Because it was the week before Labor Day, we had the lake practically to ourselves. The cabin was definitely use some updates, but had all the essentials needed. Although I never had direct contact with Lee myself, my husband found him to be a very gracious and conscientious host. He responded immediately to all of our needs. The only suggestions I can make that I’m sure would be greatly appreciated by future guests would be to have a small engine for the rowboat and a proper fire pit. The Cobbs……

“Beautiful cottage, excellent view, private, peacful sound of the waves, the hot tub! Very dog friendly, meaning, toys, waste clean up items and the doormat, dogs loved the saty as much as we did! We already booked another stay within 10 minutes of arriving there. Its just so perfect! Thank you so much for sharing your home.”

“I stayed in this place for a weekend with two of my friends. It's such a cozy little cabin & we enjoyed spending our evening there with nothing but the radio :) The next morning, we only had a short walk to the lake to view the cold November sunrise”

“This cabin was SO CLEAN and cozy! It smelled so nice when we walked in, there wasn’t a speck of dust anywhere, the beds and couches were super comfy, and the sheets were the softest sheets I’ve ever slept on. They had everything we needed and even had shower stuff if you forgot yours. Ive already recommended this cabin to a few people and we just got home lol. I will be coming back!”

“Location and neighborhood was great, except the traffic noise from Route 23 is very loud. A note for heat, there is not a thermostat, you need to contact the property manager and they will turn it on.”

“We very much enjoyed the home like feel of the property. It was more enjoyable than a motel room. Way more relaxing than a motel/hotel. Hot water tank is a little small for 4 people, but easily fixed with some thought on how to share the shower time. ”
