Exterior – The Crown Jewel

A seasonal heated pool with loungers, waterfall feature, and a granite-topped fire table that seats 12. Add in the air-conditioned pool house with kitchenette, a Traeger grill, and arguably the best view in the valley—of the entire valley (yes, we're bragging).

Hot tub perfectly paired with a nearby fire table under a cozy gazebo, because bubbles and firelight are a match made in heaven.

Fire pit surrounded by pavers and stocked with wood—so yeah, bring your smores kit.

Expansive deck with plush seating, a third fire table, and another Traeger grill conveniently close to the kitchen.

Backyard spacious enough for a micro wedding, with yard games like cornhole and ladder ball to keep everyone entertained.

Front yard with lush landscaping, rock waterfall, and a discreet smoking nook—complete with a table and ashtray, so you can enjoy a break while keeping the kids blissfully unaware. Driveway fits 10–12 cars, so bring the whole crew.



Main Floor – Where Comfort Meets Style

Open floor plan with living room, gas fireplace, and TV. Dining options include a nook for 6 or a dining room for 10, plus a chef-worthy kitchen that’s stocked to the nines and yes, that includes coffee.

Master suite with motorized adjustable king bed, TV, and private balcony for morning coffee or evening wine. The bathroom shines with dual sinks, a soaking tub, dual-head shower, walk-in closet, private toilet, and a flood of natural light.

Garage gym & extras: sauna, stair climber, rower, bike, dumbbells, foam rollers, TV, and an extra fridge/freezer (because two fridges is never enough).

Laundry room off of the kitchen with washer, dryer, ironing board, and easy access to the deck and grill.

Convenient half bath for quick pit stops.



Daylight Basement – Entertainment Central

Relaxed living area with pool/ping pong table, TV, kitchenette, and game table—all with direct backyard access.

Theater room with leather seating, beanbags, and more DVDs than you’ll ever actually watch—but hey, options are nice. Roku included for streaming marathons.

Bunk room with 2 twin-over-full + trundle beds, plus stuffed animals, toys, and books for the kids (or kids at heart).

California king bedroom so comfortable, you may just oversleep checkout (just kidding, please don't do that).

Bathroom with shower, sink, and pool access, complete with shelves full of towels so you’ll never drip through the house.



Upstairs – Room for Everyone

Three serene bedrooms, each with a queen bed and space to unpack.

Shared bathroom with dual sinks and a separate shower/toilet room to keep mornings moving smoothly.

Important Information

- The pool is typically available April-October, please reach out to check on availability if your stay is early spring or late fall.

- If you are looking to host an event that will have extra day guests like a micro wedding or family reunion please reach out first as we do charge an extra event fee and have additional information you will need.

- We supply wedding amenities upon request including tables, tablecloths, chairs, an arbor, a large tent and tabletop decorations. Just ask for details! I am also happy to give recommendations for different vendors.

- We charge $30 per person per night after 16. Infants 24 months and younger do not count towards the total. We can supply blow up mattresses upon request. We have a California king, twin and 3 toddler beds.

- There is no garage parking as one bay is locked up for supplies and the other is full of exercise equipment.


Guest Access + Interaction

Guests have access to almost the entire space. One of the garage bays is locked up for personal storage as well as the closets of the upstairs bedroom on the right and bunk room. The front door has a combination deadbolt lock for self check-in. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, I am just one phone call or text away to provide you with any information or assistance you need to make your vacation as relaxing and easy as possible!
