「Ended up I did not stay after walking in to my 2nd floor room and seeing a cockroach on the floor along with dirt. I asked for my money back and they gave it to me without hesitation (a positive). Sidewalks and stairways were dirty; definitely a property that is not kept after.」

Heating and air unit was brand new and worked exactly like it should, though the auto fan was a bit noisy when trying to watch tv, but that is too be expected. 「The motel is older, so you can't expect luxury. We needed to have a good night sleep on a long road trip. The place was adequate and priced accordingly. It was clean for a budget hotel.」

「We killed a brown recluse spider in the bathroom. They only had 3 towels in the room and no face towels. Had to ask each day I was there for more towels. The bathroom was dirty and had dirty all in the corners. Breakfast was cereal and hard biscuits with sausage. Pancake machine was out of order. Sign advertises best breakfast, but thats a lie! Also the door could be pushed unless. The hinge was broken on it and when mentioned to on duty staff, he said we would need to wait til the morning when...
