「We just completed a 2-night stay at Otel Zade. We've been travelling through Turkey for more that 2 weeks and this was, by far, the best place we've stayed. From the room, to the breakfast, to the front desk, everything was perfect. House cleaning was very efficient, the front desk staff were helpful, and the breakfast help ensured that there was plenty to eat and that the large seating area was cleaned promptly. I can't imagine a better hotel in all of Erzurum.」

「This is the best hotel I have stayed in since my month-long trip in Turkey. The quality and facilities are the best and modern. The furnishings is very new, the lighting is great, the air conditioning is comfortable, there is also a floor heating system, and the breakfast is delicious and diversed. I'm very satisfied. Some disadvantages are that the Dolmus from Otogar to the city center is almost full in the afternoon and evening, so I can only reach the hotel by taxi. And the hot water bottle...
