“We went to Erzurum/Palandoken as a family of 5 for skiing. Palan Otel was perfectly located in between every skiing course at Palandoken. Unlike Europe where you pay for a single ski pass and get to ski in every course possible, at Palandoken there are 3 options which costs around 12 euros/day/person. So having the option to close to all of the possibilities was a great plus, we get to choose on which course to ski at the start of every day, bought the pass and made the best out of our holiday.……

“We just completed a 2-night stay at Otel Zade. We've been travelling through Turkey for more that 2 weeks and this was, by far, the best place we've stayed. From the room, to the breakfast, to the front desk, everything was perfect. House cleaning was very efficient, the front desk staff were helpful, and the breakfast help ensured that there was plenty to eat and that the large seating area was cleaned promptly. I can't imagine a better hotel in all of Erzurum.”

“The hotel staff were very friendly and all my questions were answered. This is important to me because traveling by public transport in Türkiye requires asking many people. Everything in the room was nice and I liked the big trash can in the room as many hotel trash cans are very small. Breakfast was also delicious.
