The hotel is comfortable and good value. The heating however was too hot which affected our sleep. We had to turn off the radiator and open the window!

This is in a very old and low maintenaned area. The Hotel was not maintained well but it was clean.
Do not rent hotels from Expedia since It cannot change booking while the property could do it without them in middle.
Expedia support is a joke.

Park tesadüfen sokakta bulduk. Odalar temiz degildi, carsaflar ütülü degildi, klozet betona bagli degildi oturunca devriliyordu, yatak kalitesi cok kötü idi,yaylar sanki çıkıyordu, yastıklar cok kirli idi, ortalama menmun kalmadık.

Die junge Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Zimmer war ein wenig eng aber sauber. Frühstück, alles da was Mann braucht. Alles gut.

Giriş saati olmadan önce biraz geldim ama girdiğim odaya temizlik vakitte yapılmamıştır. Fakat odama sonra geldiğimde oda iyice temizlenmiştir. Hem de bir tane havlu biraz kirliydi ama o havludan hariç genel temizlikten ve elemanlarının hizmetinden memnunum. Onlara ortalama olarak 4 yıldız veriyorum.

Temiz Merkezi.
Otel merkezde sessiz sakin bir bölgede. Gezilecek tüm yerlere yürüyerek ulaştık. Temizdi. Kahvaltısı yeterli idi ama biz bir gün şehirde yerel kahvaltı etmeyi tercih ettik.

SICACIK BİR OTEL
Karşılamadan başlayan ilgi ve alaka gayet güzeldi. Otel şehir merkezine yakındı. biz arabayla gittiğimiz için hiç bir sıkıntı yaşamadık , otopark sorunu yoktu. Odalar gayet temizdi , açık büfe kahvaltısı epey çeşitli ve doyurucuydu. her şey olumluydu , olumsuz diyebileceğim tek şey oda duvarlarının çok ince olması. yan odamızda kalan kişinin horlaması maalesef bizim odamızdaymış gibiydi. onun haricinde her şey iyiydi. Tekrar gittiğimizde tercih edilebilir.

Güler yüzlü ve samimi olmaları çok güzeldi. Temiz ve bakımlı odaları bu işte ne kadar profesyonel olduklarını gösterdi. Her konuda bize yardımcı olma çabaları olumlu bir davranıştı. Soğuk Erzurum havasını bize sımsıcak hissetirdikleri için teşekkür ederim.

Tüm personel fazlasıyla ilgili insani yaklaşımları da aynı şekilde güzel. Yeni bir Otel olduğu İçin ufak tefek eksikleri var ancak ilerleyen zamanlarda giderileceğini düşünüyorum hava sıcaklığı -20 lerde olmasına rağmen otel gayet sıcaktı. Kahvaltısı iyi katı zaman kuralları yok 1 haftalık konaklamanın sonunda fazlasıyla memnun ayrıldık tüm personele çok teşekkürler seneye görüşmek üzere :)
