「Water coming down from the ceiling in our bathroom and AC didn't work. There was no fix for the AC and they offered to switch us rooms but it was already late at night. No other compensation offered but eventually agreed to have parking fee reimbursed. Not worth the $400+ CAD price. 」

Værelset var iskoldt og vi måtte lade aircondition køre på max hele natten for at holde varmen. Hele hotellet var koldt. Toilettet var så lille, at når man sad på Toilettet kunne døren ikke lukkes. Badeværelset var meget lille og kold」

Pillow and bed was ok, sheets were clean. The room didn’t have comforters, just some plaid. Sink were not draining well. This hotel doesn’t feel like 4 stars at all. Parking is not very easy, and there hard to find a place to load off the luggage. We were on the first floor yet there were some stairs which makes it harder to carry the...

「Very nice, affordable place. Easy entry, Helpful remote staff. Good proximity to harbor. Everything you need. New appliances, good heat/AC. Good bed.Didn’t watch TV but seemed to work well. Good water pressure. Only improvement: hot water was not super hot and did not last very long - not enough for 2 showers. Upstairs units had great ocean views. 」
