"Everything was flawless. The room was absolutely gorgeous, the view was amazing. All staff encounters were pleasant and informative. The hotel is minutes away from the Sydney Opera House and there were many convenient amenities. The pool, gym and locker room/shower areas were pristine. I cannot say enough great things about our experience with this hotel. If getting around by foot, know the property is on an incline. "

"Our room was really clean and made up daily with new towels, coffee etc. The bed was comfortable. I didn’t use the pool/gym/sauna facilities. The water pressure in the shower and loo wasn’t great, possibly because we were on the top (7th) floor ( no view, no balconies). I thought it odd that no wine glasses were provided, but the hotel’s restaurant happily provided us with glasses and an ice bucket complete with ice ! The bar/restaurant staff were super friendly and the food was good and well priced ( there are happy hours several days of the week). Didn’t try the buffet breakfast as Brunetti’s was just on the corner ☺️ The position of the VIC is very central to food, shopping, attractions and transport."
