「We were running an event at the high school. It had easy access to everything we needed.」

「Given the choices in Coopersville North Dakota, the Dakota appartment is the only reasonable option.」

「The apartment was good for what we needed it for. Which was just a place with enough beds and enough bathrooms for our family of four and had air-conditioning. We used it like a hotel room and did not utilize the kitchen. Though it looked like it had what a family would need if they were having meals in the apartment. The bathrooms could use some repairs to make it look fully finished, but the shower and the toilet and the sink worked as expected. The Wi-Fi and television worked good. The...

「We enjoyed staying here. It’s a simple place, but had great kitchen amenities so we were able to eat in! Parking was easy, getting in was easy and the host was responsive.」

「They had recently done some remodeling and the online description did not match completely. It was clean and well kept. The description stated a beautiful lake view but did not include a unsightly view before the lake.」

「Place Was Clean, and looked Exactly as Described」

「Very small but clean and comfortable would recommend to anyone」

「Our main issue was that the listing said that it sleeps 6 people and there are only 2 beds and a couch (that does not pull out). Also, the air conditioner had a hard time keeping up with cooling the place. It did not cool down until comfortable enough to sleep until about 2am. The location and parking was great.」

「This apt rental was perfect for our needs. We have family in Finley and being able to stay here gave us more time to visit than if we had stayed in Fargo. The bed was comfortable, had decent storage for our time there and the kitchen was a huge plus as there was not many restaurants in the area so being able to cook ourselves was huge. There was a great mix of cookware, plates, utensils and storage to make that all easy. The apt was in good condition, the only downside was the lack of air...

「It was a fantastic stay! Beautiful and clean. Also smelled amazing! And the complementary drinks wow just incredible. I would maybe get a softer comforter as that one although beautiful the top pattern part scratches a bit at night and I would have covered up with another blanket but I couldnt find any others, but other than that it was an absolutely perfect experience. We will definitely be back.」

「Overall great stay. Could have used a few more wash cloths in the bathroom but that's it!」

「This room felt quite cozy, no frills but well arranged. The bathroom was fresh and the coffee maker made mornings convenient. Overall, a solid option for travelers.」

「Thank you for accommodating my family for the 4th of July holiday. Hosts are wonderful!」

「The host was great with communication. I felt like the description of having 5 beds was misleading as one was a single mattress for the floor and one was a pull out couch that we couldn’t get together. So one of my kids slept on a foam mattress cover on the floor. The host did apologize for not having this set up ahead of time. There were a few housekeeping concerns that we saw upon our arrival such as a pan of old fries in the oven, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and towels/sheets in the...

「VRBO experience was fine. Some things generally provided were not and the place had an odd smell that we could not figure out. Other than that, everything was fine.」

「We stayed her with four generations, ages 5-80. We came to do geocaching in Gilby and this was the perfect launchpad for that adventure. Great amenities - toys for the youngster. Cozy. Two bedrooms and first floor without stairs and upstairs very comfy with two beds.」

「It is in excellent condition—clean, well\-organized, and with a pleasant aroma\.」
