“Clealiness”

“Slow check-in process. Front desk staff were not helping much to accommodate all requests. Low floor suite, and extremely noisy outside air condition units. Keep in mind that you may wait up to half hours to get to the parking in front of the hotel main entrance where there were a lot car crowds there!.”

“The place is beautiful and has a great sea view. However, unfortunately, there is very little privacy in the cabins. Some guests created a lot of noise and disturbance until 3:00 AM, which negatively affected our stay. We also left our food on the table while taking a walk along the beach. When we returned, we found that other guests had eaten it, which was very disappointing and unacceptable. I believe the management of Sun Set Resort should enforce clearer rules and guidelines for guests and……

“All in all the first grand hotel was a spectacular success for us. Beautiful lobby, super breakfast, clean rooms that are tidied regularly, comfortable beds, very gracious staff from the doorman to the manager. Highly recommended.”

“Staff is not good. I asked to update my corporate VAT number in bill. They told it can not be done during check out time.”

“Disappointing stay. A 5-star hotel is false advertising. The Wi-Fi is poor and slow, and I can't use it for work or entertainment. The room has outdated technology. For example, the TV isn't smart, so you can’t use your streaming accounts. Other guests smoke on a non-smoking floor and cook, and the smell invades your room. Housekeeping is bothered when you ask for help. Breakfast is below average and limited (a 5-star hotel without a proper coffee machine for example). But the gym is great.……

“Overall, I recommend to stay in the hotel. You need to walk about 4 minutes to reach the private sea shore. When you go to take the breakfast at the last one or 2 hours, it is difficult to find an empty table. I hope to improve the time each Traveller takes to check in.”
