“The room felt much smaller than it looked in the pictures, which was already a bit disappointing. What really bothered me, though, was the condition of the bedding. The comforter and throw pillows were clearly dirty and didn’t look like they had been properly cleaned.
To be fair, when I raised the issue, they did respond and changed the sheets. But later, I noticed the comforter itself was still filthy and had to ask again for it to be replaced. That’s when things became frustrating. Instead of……
