“Please never book this hostel in Hotels.com!
We haven’t received any check in information from it, even not in junk box.
The booking information indicates reception checkin but actually it’s a key box. We cannot contact the house owner via app nor Hotels.com for any help. The app is stuck and chat bot only do basic functions on order amendment. Lucky we finally can call the house owner and confirm our booking. We takes more than an hour to get into the house. The owner said she has sent the……
