Anchor Inn

8/10 Good

"I found it to be great value for the price. Wish I'd had enough time to enjoy the pool and fire pit, both looked very welcoming. The bar has happy hour, staff there are nice. Lots of variety at breakfast (though quality is basic). Nice view outside of the sunset. Wish they splurged a few more cents on better disposable in-room coffee cups/lids (lid fit is flimsy and cup bends - burning hot coffee ended up spilling all over me in the car)."

Chincoteague Inn

10/10 Excellent

"We enjoyed our stay so much we already booked another stay with Chincoteague Inn for next month! You will not be disappointed here. The hotel is centrally located on the island and is a short walk/drive to everything. The only con(not a huge deal) is breakfast is not included here like a few other properties on the island. But again. That is not a big deal at all! Mr Whippys is a short walk from the property and has a great selection and is also reasonably priced. Will definitely be using this property again for our future vacations."
