"We really enjoyed our stay in Aplend Kamzak apartments. Check in was smooth and fast, and we received a comfortable apartment with separate bedroom as booked. It had a small kitchenette, so we also could prepare some or our own meals. Cleaning is only once during your stay, but you can book extra cleaning for a fee. "The hotel is in a nice location, making it convenient for exploring the area. The breakfast was great, with a good selection and quality food. The staff at the reception were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. However, the building itself could use some improvements. There were visible maintenance issues, such as missing tiles around the elevator frame, which affected the overall appearance. Additionally, the lack of air conditioning made the room less comfortable, especially during warmer weather. Overall, the stay was pleasant thanks to the location, breakfast, and staff, but some updates to the facilities would significantly improve the guest experience."

"This hotel claims to be sound proof but we could hear the smoker next door coughing for hours and then snoring loudly. Our room was not sound proof at all. It also claims air conditioning but there were no vents in our room so I am not sure about that. Luckily it was cool when we were there, but if you open the window there is a lot of traffic noise. Unfortunately, those two problems are very expensive to fix."
