「It was a no frills motel」

「While the desk clerk was friendly & helpful, the condition of this hotel was very poor & run down. The beds/room were tolerable ( tho one bedspread had a cigarette hole & bleach stain), but hallways smelled of smoke & carpet baseboard was falling off the walls. Door also only shut securely when deadbolt was in place. "Breakfast" consisted of one container of Raisin bran cereal w milk in the fridge and bread for toast w PB & jelly. 「We have bed bug bites all over us n I want my money back! We never saw staff, I called n told them we had bed bug bites all over us n the room number. She simply said they would tell management then they hung up. How do I move forward with this. My partner is in misery n I’m not much better. 「This hotel had updated and clean rooms. The breakfast was poor as it was very high carb, very low protein, and limited on selection of food. The juice machine didn't work. There was no staff available to inform of the problem. Also, no staff was available to check us out. You just put your key in a box, which can be taken by anyone.
