She met me and my family as we were celebrating my daughter’s 19th birthday in person she gave me restaurant and food places to go to that was nearby really close to the property and even recommended to great masseuse to come to our pool and give my daughters and their mom massages that they wanted. "My stay at this hotel was great I must say , we took the breakfast package and everything tasted great , I would definitely recommend this hotel to others , only one issue was not having a microwave in the rooms for persons like myself that may have food to hot over .. other than that everything else was excellent "

"My room was clean and tidy, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Love the options at the the breakfast buffet but the hotels infrastructure needs cleaning and upgrading. Terrible smell of the seaweed on the coastal shore was unbearable but overall I had a good experience though."

"I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I arrived around 6 PM and almost everything was already closed, which was frustrating after a long day of traveling. The gift shop was supposed to open the next day, but it never did, leaving guests with no place to even grab basic necessities. The food was honestly terrible and the menu options were extremely limited. On top of that, most of the staff outside of the front desk were not helpful or welcoming at all. The front desk employees were the only positive part of the experience. What shocked me most was that I couldn’t even get a simple glass of water at the resort. There was no water provided in the room, and I actually had to leave the property just to buy water elsewhere. For a resort, that level of service is unacceptable. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations or price, and I would not stay here again."
