10/10 Excellent

"The check in process was awful. Once you got to the clerk he was wonderful. So it was not the staff, it was the management of the staff. Check in time was at 4:00. We arrived at 5:15 there were about seven people in front of us, one clerk. by the time we made it to the counter there were 15 to 20 people in the line. It was a festival weekend so lots of people in town. Two employees came into the area, no one helped they stood at the front desk talking while 15 people waited in line. Totally unacceptable."

"Great hotel with a very nice restaurant. I have stayed at this hotel since 2015 when I was a student at Gonzaga. I have never been disappointed with the friendliness of the staff, clean rooms and the complimentary wine and coffee. If you're traveling and need a place to stay, consider Ruby River Hotel, a hidden treaseure of a serene, yet lively atmosphere."

"Pool and hot tub were not available. Breakfast was okay, the pancakes edges were tough...i stuck with a yogurt. Not sure who is managing the site, but the upkeep is struggling. Missing chunks of carpet, the lack of trim and needed paint. The landscaping was competing with weeds. It used to be a grand hotel- i hope it can come back to what used to be. - A local past fan"
