The owner is a pleasure to work with and very responsive. Also met some of the neighbors and it is reassuring that they all watch out for one another.”

“This was my first experience (and last) with your company. The root cellar, unfinished basement, began passing thru metal cellar doors down a steep stairwell. Leading thru a maze of spaces including the hot water heater, shower curtain walls, exposed wiring and piping from below the home. The cheap linoleum flooring was so unsafe and uneven. The unit itself was in suitable condition. There were stains on the ceiling, the smoke detector was covered (assuming this was from a previous customer), all amenities were in working condition. “Clean quiet mother in law type unit attached to the main dwelling. The hosts were friendly and attentive to any needs, of which there were very few. Fridge was stocked with milk, eggs, butter, English muffins and bagels. Also beer and some juice. Fresh fruit on the table. We had a wonderful stay.”

“The stay was exactly what we expected. The house was well appointed and had everything you would need for a few nights away. It was an easy 25ish minute drive to campus but never felt that long. It is also 3 miles from downtown Northampton allowing for great restaurants and shopping. The fenced yard was a plus for the dogs. Would definitely stay here again”
