“My wife and I stayed here for a weekend and everthing was perfect. The house looks professionally decorated and sits in a very quiet and safe neighbohhod that was fun to walk for miles. As night falls, the enchanting lights in the backyard transform the space into a serene oasis, inviting you to unwind under the stars. “This is our second time here. It's a cozy cottage with a million dollar view. Exceptionally clean, well decorated, we love it and our dog loves it. Everything is well thought out so all our needs are met. There isn't much in the off season, but that's what we like. No commercialism, but the grocery is great, a couple of restaurants, and Chestertown is a 15 minute drive.”

“Thank you so much for our wonderful time at the Point of View. We were so comfortable we didn’t want to ever leave – it was clean and comfortable. The home feels brand new because it has been renovated very recently. The furniture and kitchen are brand new and perfect for the space. The water views are incredible in every direction – we watched stunning sunrises (and moon rises!) to the east, we watched the awesome sunsets to the west and thoroughly enjoyed watching all the action in Dogwood……

“This was the most peaceful and perfect property. I felt like I was on vacation and able to relax! We would definitely return if we are in the area again.”

“While we wished for weather that was slightly better, we still enjoyed every minute of our 3 days. The weather didn't stop us from using the Kayaks or trying to catch a crab or two. the yard was perfect for exercising the kids and the puppies. It was a short easy drive into town, for some shopping, eating and even a visit to a rum distillery. The wineries were all closed at the beginning of the week this time of year. The house was supplied with everything we needed. The listing was spot on,……

“My rugby team traveled down for a competition. Erin met us there walked us around the property and gave us great recommendations for food in the area. She was an amazing manager, always answering questions and getting us anything we needed. The property was beautiful and fit our entire team comfortably. The large slace and outdoor activity allowed for a lot of team building and we had a blast llaying pickle ball and basketball with each other. We wish we coukd have spent more time there.”
