“My group and I were very comfortable in this home. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep. The bed was comfortable. I mentioned to the owner that we were there to celebrate my daughter’s bday at Legoland. We were greeted with a gift for her. There is a Publix and Walmart close by which made it great to pick up last minute snacks and things we forgot to bring. Check in and check out was very easy.”

“We attended a wedding at the Adams Estate (a beautiful venue) and this house was perfect for my family. It was clean, had comfy beds, and had everything we needed. And was 1 1/2 miles from the wedding!”

“The house was perfect! It was big enough, the pool was AMAZING, the heating was well worth the extra cost for us! Minimal issues, but when an issue did arise, the property management company was super friendly and helpful! Would absolutely recommend this property!”

“This house is amazing. Great location .. lots of tree frogs though. Nothing that can be helped honestly. Very nice, clean, well maintained, fully stocked for cooking etc. Prime Location and has become my favorite place now when need something in Central Florida. Host are amazing and communicative people.”

“The house is newly remodeled and they did a great job. Furniture and beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped but did lack dishwasher tabs, towels and detergent. The first night we were there, a large street party started across the road around 9 PM and continued until 2:30 AM. There were vehicles with loud music blaring riding past. It may have been a one-off special event as those attending were dressed up. Not at all the fault of the host. He said we could call police but I hesitated……

“Super clean, great location, quiet neighborhood. My children and I really enjoyed our stay! I love how the apartment is near historic houses and super close to water!”

“Overall, the house was respectable. The kitchen was nice, plenty of room, the only issue was the downstairs bathrooms are old and small. We did have an issue with the downstairs AC on day one, but the Property Manager, Lisa Castro worked her tail off trying to get it fixed even up until 2:30am in the morning. Her response was excellent, and it was a simple fix, but it did require an AC tech to fix the next day.”

“We had a great time! The house was beautiful, roomy, comfortable and quiet. My grandchildren loved the pool. We enjoyed visiting Central Florida especially Aquatica in Orlando. The grocery stores and fast food restaurants were so close, too! I believe the house could use fresh paint and deep cleaning the carpet in the stairs but it doesn’t interfere with the comfort and convenience.”
