  • Welcome to Lookout Point, this mid-century modern home gets its name from its panoramic lake view and captures a tremendous amount light due to its position with the sun. The entire ensemble will be yours: your private heated salt water pool, private dock, and fire-pit area. Every evening will be amazing with views of the sunset right from your pool and fire-pit area. You will be on Lake Time!

    This house is approximately 3.0 miles (7 minutes) from Publix and Lake Oconee Village!

    Our home has an open kitchen, dining area, and living room space, all of which display a panoramic view of the pool and lake. The kitchen is well equipped and has an amazing gas stove/oven for all of your cooking needs!
    The house has three (3) bedrooms and two and a half (2&1/2) bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and master bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. It also has a walk-in closet as well. There are two additional bedrooms; one with a king-sized bed, and the other with a queen-sized bed and a double-size bed in the room. The hallway full bathroom has a shower and there is a half bathroom as well. The garage has been converted into a kid's play den area with a ping pong + pool table, mini-fridge, pull-out bed/couch, air conditioning unit, and a TV/living space area for gaming or watching movies.
